Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thesagecopywriter.com and purchase of services from The Sage Copywriter, 2839 Scaffold Cane Rd, Berea, KY 40403, USA.

1. Services

The Sage Copywriter provides digital copywriting services including website copy, email campaigns, content writing, sales pages, brand narrative and social media content. All services are delivered digitally via email or shared document link.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout via Stripe before any project begins. The quoted price is the final price for the agreed scope. Prices are in US dollars.

3. Project Start

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a project brief and discovery call invitation via email.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be submitted as a single consolidated set of notes per round. Changes outside the original scope require a written change request and may affect the timeline and price.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the delivered copy transfers to you. We reserve the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the project begins.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Kentucky.
