Refund Policy

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we send your project brief (within the first 2 business days after payment), we issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Work In Progress - Less Than 50% Complete

If work has started but is less than half complete, we issue a 50% refund of the total purchase price.

Work In Progress - 50% or More Complete

Beyond 50% completion, no refund is available. We will complete the project according to the agreed scope and honour all revision rounds included in your plan.

Delivery Disputes

If a delivered asset does not materially match the agreed brief, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Where the work is genuinely deficient, we will revise without charge and without counting the revision toward your included rounds.

Rush Add-Ons

Rush 48-hour delivery add-ons are non-refundable once the work has been delivered within the agreed window.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thesagecopywriter.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
