Process

Four stages. No surprises.

A clear, documented process for every project, regardless of size. No open-ended briefs, no disappearing for three weeks, no last-minute pivots.

01

Discovery Call

We start with a 45-minute call to understand your business, your audience, the copy you already have and where it is falling short. No forms, no templates. A real conversation about what your brand actually needs.

Stage 01

Discovery Call

We start with a 45-minute call to understand your business, your audience, the copy you already have and where it is falling short. No forms, no templates. A real conversation about what your brand actually needs.

The discovery call is 45 minutes. We ask a specific set of questions about your audience, your current copy, and the results you are trying to get. If the brief is unclear after that call, we send a written brief document to confirm before any work begins.

Stage 02

Research & Strategy

Before writing begins, we dig into your audience\'s real language, your competitors\' positioning gaps, and the specific angle that will make your copy work. The brief is approved before a word is written.

The research phase adds 2-3 working days to the timeline but almost always produces measurably better copy. When you understand the specific language your audience uses to describe their problem, writing the copy becomes considerably more direct.

03

Copy & Revisions

First draft delivered with a rationale note explaining every major decision. Revisions are focused rounds, not open-ended back-and-forth, because structured feedback produces better copy.

Stage 03

Copy & Revisions

First draft delivered with a rationale note explaining every major decision. Revisions are focused rounds, not open-ended back-and-forth, because structured feedback produces better copy.

Feedback needs to be consolidated, not sequential. We ask clients to review and compile all notes from relevant stakeholders before sending, because revision rounds work better when we are responding to one clear set of instructions rather than layered comments from multiple reads.

Stage 04

Delivery & Handoff

Final files in your preferred format. For ongoing clients, we build a voice reference guide so every future piece of content stays consistent with the brand we have developed together.

For ongoing clients, we build a shared voice reference document that records the decisions made during the brand narrative work. This means future projects, whether handled by us or your internal team, start from a documented foundation rather than starting from scratch each time.
