A single deliverable under the Seedling package typically delivers within 10 working days of brief sign-off. Cultivate projects run 2-4 weeks. Rush 48-hour delivery is available as an add-on for urgent requests.
The Flourish package is essentially a monthly content partnership. For clients who want consistent support without a full retainer, the Cultivate package can be purchased on a project basis as needs arise throughout the year.
Absolutely. If you have existing brand guidelines, a style guide, or past copy you love, share it at brief. If you want to develop a brand voice from scratch, that is part of the work we do in the strategy phase of most projects.
Full payment is collected securely via Stripe at checkout before any project begins. For the Flourish monthly partnership, billing is on the first working day of each month.
It depends on where you are. If you have a clear sense of what you offer and who you serve, good copy can accelerate everything. If you are still working out your business model, we would rather wait until the foundations are in place. We will tell you honestly if the timing is not right.
